To the best of my understanding this photo would be looking East across Florissant Road from the Wabash Railroad Line. I believe that it would be taken somewhere around the location of the present day library. So it would be just north of Church Street which would be just out of the photo to the right.
If anyone really knows the location and would like to comment I would like to have my information updated. I hope that my explanation has helped!
