This walking tour is approximately 1 1/2 miles in length and can be completed in about one hour and fifteen minutes. There are some small hills and sidewalks for most of the walk.

1 Carson Road
Ferguson Station - The first station on this spot was built in 1855 on land donated by William Ferguson. The city took its name from this railroad stop on the Wabash line. This is not the original depot building seeing as there have been several that have replaced the original at this location.
101 Carson Road
Zion Lutheran Church - The original church building was built here in 1927. This si the place of worship for the oldest Lutheran congregation in Ferguson.

This house is popularly known as the 'Case House' named after one of Ferguson's earliest and most prominent families.

Built by Dr. George Case for his daughter, this farm-style house was sold in 1905 to Louis Maull, the creator of Maull's Barbecue Sauce. The barn in the rear yard predates the house and is thought to have been built with timber from a portion of the 'Case House' that was damaged by fire.

George S. Case sold the lot with a small house on it to Kate Bennett (wife of Charles E. Bennett) in 1906. The bennetts preserved the existing house when they expanded the house in 1906.

George S. Case had this house built in 1905 for one of his unmarried daughters, Delia Hudson Case. Delia Case was the first woman to vote in Ferguson.

This lot was sold by George S. Case to the trustees of the Ferguson Methodist Eposcopal Church in 1902. Its most striking feature is the sweeping facade slope of the roof.

Henry and Charlotte Harrington built this house in 1871. A year later they sold it ot Captain William Hubbard, who owned a downtown St. Louis clothing firm with Harrington and served as Sheriff of St. Louis and President of the St. Louis Board of Education.
